Physician Assistant physician employment in Texas : TeamHealth has an exciting opportunity for a physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) to join St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, located north of Austin, Texas, in its outstanding emergency department!

St. David's Round Rock Medical Center is part of St. David's HealthCare and includes 171 beds and emergency services in a 24-hour emergency department, including advanced trauma care with a Level II Trauma Center.  APCs typically see about 50% fast track patients and 50% higher acuity. This facility sees an annual volume of around 35,000+ visits per year with 2.1 patients p / hour in a 31-bed emergency department. We have 24-hour, in-house radiology reads with approximately an 18% admission rate. Round Rock / Austin, Texas, is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Work with an outstanding and stable team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians seeing all acuity levels of patients in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in emergency medicine setting required.
