Position Overview
The Clinical Specialist (RDCS Certification Preferred) position is essential for addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. As a Clinical Specialist, you will collaborate with Territory Managers to demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, facilitate deal closures, and ensure a positive ongoing customer experience. Post-sale, you will foster client relationships and stimulate customer adoption of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
Note: This role is open to candidates who currently reside in the Omaha, NB area, ensuring a central location relative to the territory's business.

Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with the Territory Manager to identify clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite's products, and close new sales.
Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products at customer sites and provide training to customers on product usage.
Own post-sale responsibilities, including promoting product adoption and addressing customer issues for an outstanding experience.
Maintain FUJIFILM Sonosite's presence and relationships at customer sites.
Communicate the overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to users and stakeholders.
Work alongside Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate products in the field as needed.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and notify the Territory Manager for follow-up.
Provide clinical, technical, and educational support to customers as necessary.
Support other company areas as required.
Act as the primary commercial resource when the Territory Manager is unavailable.
Adhere to the company's quality system requirements.
Knowledge and Experience:
2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
RDMS certification in Abdomen/OB GYN.
RDCS or RDCS eligibility, RVT or RVT eligibility preferred.
Minimum of three years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular).
Experience managing multiple requirements and effectively prioritizing tasks.
Ability to understand the clinical and business needs of both customers and Fujifilm Sonosite.
Skilled at translating customer needs into actionable product requests.

Salary and Benefits:
$90,000.00 - $125,000.00/year, dependent on experience, plus variable bonus opportunities.

Retirement Plan (401k): 4% automatic Company contribution, with Fujifilm matching 50 cents for every dollar contributed, up to 6% of salary.
Paid Time Off: Accrue up to three weeks of PTO in the first year, increasing with tenure.

Eight paid holidays per year.
