Job Description
- Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM | Extended hours available/Flexibility in scheduling available
- Employed
- Degrees Accepted: MD/DO

- Average patients seen: 18 to 22 patients daily
- Call Schedule: None

- Coordinates and provides primary and preventive medical care to a panel of assigned
patients
- Consults with the medical director regarding the work performance of midlevel providers and other back office staff

- Current CA and DEA licenses
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to travel from site to site as needed
- Experience with clients and staff from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
