Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Management team in coordinating and tracking project documentation, schedules, and budgets

Support jobsite operations by bridging communication between office and field staff

Assist in the creation and maintenance of schedules using project management software

Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to support daily field activities

Conduct site visits and field verifications as needed

Maintain project records, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Utilize Buildertrend or similar software for project tracking and updates

Work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly

Assist with estimating and quantity takeoffs as needed

Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction or project support role

Strong aptitude for numbers, technology, and construction documentation

Proficient with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities

Must be a collaborative team player with a professional demeanor
