Buddy's Custom Catering is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Catering Staff to join our relaxed and fun team. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. We welcome applicants of all experience levels to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Lead Caterers with food preparation and presentation for indoor and outdoor events.

- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in the kitchen and event areas.

- Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, depending on event requirements.

- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others.

- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but not required.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Attention to detail
• Motivated to take initiative
• Good communication and organization
• Excellent self-awareness and time management
• Friendly and positive attitude
• May be required to work nights and weekends
• Must have valid TN driver's license with a clean driving record
• May be required to obtain security clearance for some catering jobs (we will assist with that)
