Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Per Diem Opportunity - Residential / Article 16 Clinic

Core Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Upstate Caring Partners, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of program participants.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Educating individuals, families, and interdisciplinary team members on therapy goals, methods, and progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support IPP / IEP development and implementation.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program regulations.
• Supporting departmental operations, including equipment adaptation and supply management.
• Assisting with staff orientation and participating in agency-wide initiatives.
• Delivering services in both residential settings and through our Article 16 clinic, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility.
