High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM / order-entry systems. Positive and professional attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative , to join our Garland, TX office. This role is key in ensuring a positive client experience and supporting the success of our land surveying operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Schedule customer and client land surveys , confirm appointments, and manage project timelines.
- Enter, update, and track client orders and project details in real time using our internal systems.
- Maintain organized and timely communication between clients, surveyors, and other departments.
- Provide accurate information on service offerings, project status, timelines, and pricing.
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed.
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
