MLS Schedule: 8-hour evening shifts, 2:00pm - 11:30pm, evening shift differential offered!

Medical Laboratory Scientist / MLS Position Overview:

• High-tech lab that includes areas of Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulations, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and a full Microbiology Department
• High energy department utilizing a state-of-the-art automation line, Epic Beaker and SoftBank LIS Systems

Medical Laboratory Scientist / MLS Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to contribute to the accurate diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Utilize cutting-edge laboratory equipment and technology within a state-of-the-art facility.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
• Maintain proficiency in laboratory techniques and stay abreast of advancements in the field.
• Adhere to established protocols, quality control measures, and safety standards.

Medical Technologist Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Certification as MT (ASCP), MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT.
• Ability to perform laboratory duties with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts (2:00pm-11:30pm), 40 weekly hours, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
