Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and industrial technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting regional and global initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Lead marketing campaigns across digital and field channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Drive regional events including trade shows, customer days, and webinars to foster client relationships and showcase products.

Develop engaging digital content and storytelling aligned with business priorities to attract and retain target audiences.

Manage social media presence and activate employee advocacy to amplify campaign reach.

Build audience segments using tools like 6sense and Salesforce to support demand generation strategies and optimize marketing efforts.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital and field marketing strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven success in managing marketing campaigns that generate pipeline impact.

Experience with marketing platforms such as 6sense, Jasper, ChatGPT, and Salesforce.

Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.
