Qualifications

Must haves:

• Desire to lead

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Prior management and budgeting in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field
• Preferred schedule: Monday - Thursday

Great to haves:

• 2-3 years residential property management experience
• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
• High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $32 - $42 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
