LPN (Skilled Nursing) - Part-Time

The Terraces of Phoenix, a distinguished HumanGood life plan community, is hiring a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for its Health Center Team (aka, Skilled Nursing team).

** Part-time ** Shift: 2 days during the week and every other weekend ** 2:00 - 10:00 pm ** $34.00 to $42.00/hr. (DOE)

Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for person-directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LPN/LVN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of current or prior skilled nursing experience
• Post-acute, sub-acute or senior care nursing experience highly preferred
