Location : Hillsboro, OR Rate : $21.00 / Hour Available Schedules : Fri - Sun 2200 - 0600 Tue - Sat 2200 - 0600 Fri - Tue 0600 - 1400 Flex Schedules Available! The Control Room Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Position Requirements :

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Strong computer / technology skills needed.
• Emergency Response experience preferred.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Customer service background preferred.
• All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check!
