Job Purpose : The Trade Compliance Admin supports the Trade Compliance Officer by providing transactional support for import / export compliance ensuring cross-border efficiency while adhering to global trade standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with global sales and logistics teams to secure timely approval of export requests.
- Prepare ITNs via the ACE portal when required and ensure documents are delivered to the logistics team at the Atlanta site.
- Follow up with forwarders on shipments requiring an ITN.
- Update end-user and exchange agreements for the sales team.
- Enter ECCN and HTS codes in Pentagon.

Experience : A minimum of 2 years of related experience in the import / export field is preferred.
