Busser / Runner

The Busser / Runner keeps service fast, clean, and seamless. You'll reset tables, run food and beverages, stock stations, and support servers and bartenders so guests enjoy a polished, timely experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Support : Greet guests warmly; deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately; handle special requests and allergy notes per SOP.
• Table Resets : Clear, sanitize, and reset tables to standard; maintain tidy dining and service areas.
• Expo & Delivery : Coordinate with the expo / kitchen to ensure correct items, modifiers, and seat numbers; manage multi-plate carries and tray service safely.
• Stock & Prep : Refill water, coffee, bread, condiments, and side stations; restock glassware, silverware, plates, and napkins; polish as needed.
• Cleanliness & Safety : Follow food-safety and sanitation practices (handwashing, glove use, temp danger zone awareness); keep floors dry, aisles clear, and use wet-floor signs.
• Teamwork & Communication : Relay guest needs to servers / bartenders; assist with large parties and events; support bar and dish as needed.
• Closing / Side Work : Complete side work, trash removal, and breakdown / cleaning checklists; set up for the next shift.
