This role is equal parts platform programmer, strategic partner, and innovative experimenter. / ppYoull partner closely with the Netflix UCAN social team to program our core owned channels (TikTok, Threads, Instagram, X) while simultaneously executing our expansion strategy onto new surfaces (e.g., Substack, Apple News, Apple Maps Guides, and beyond). You will be our teams expert on whats next, constantly testing new tools and platforms to amplify our storytelling and drive measurable conversions, audience growth and engagement to Tudum.com. / ppYoull work in lockstep with the Manager, Publishing Social, to co-program content across the wider Netflix platform ecosystem and help bring Publishing connective tissue to our experimental efforts on new-to-us platforms like Reddit, Discord, and LinkedIn. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
