About the Role Surveillance Radar Technician

Peraton is seeking a Surveillance Radar Technician to join our Surveillance team in Bethesda MD. In this role you will play a hands-on role in keeping U.S. air travel safe by supporting radar systems that are critical to national aviation.

What Youll Do:

• Perform mid-level technical execution for radar installation integration verification and troubleshooting.

• Support installation testing and cutover activities for new radar systems.

• Assist in the decommissioning and disposition of legacy radar systems across NAS facilities.

• Work under senior technical guidance while contributing to mission-critical aviation solutions.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required

• Ability to obtain/maintain aPublic Trust clearance

• 6 years of hands-on experience in radar systems RF troubleshooting FAA or military radar or field installation support

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (additional 4 years)
