A company is looking for a Tech Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding

Build proactive talent pipelines and execute creative sourcing strategies

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in recruiting, focusing on technical hiring

Proven track record in hiring for engineering roles in a startup or high-growth environment

Strong sourcing skills with success in passive candidate hiring

Excellent stakeholder management abilities

Experience using ATS and sourcing tools
