Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow written procedures for a variety of jobs in the production of microfluidic consumables including coating, basic assembly, kitting, and labeling.
2. Record all work performed on the appropriate document per procedures.
3. Bring any safety and production issues to the attention of the supervisor.
4. Be organized and detail-oriented.
5. Perform cleaning, sanitization, assembly/disassembly of equipment.
6. Understand and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
7. Maintain a safe, pleasant, and efficient work environment.
8. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Education and Skill Requirements

1. High school diploma and 5 or more years of manufacturing experience.
2. Familiarity with safety requirements for operation of the chemistry manufacturing.
3. Ability to use hand-held or table-top measuring equipment, e.g., pH meter.
4. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.
5. Ability to use computer software.
6. Must be dependable, flexible, and a team player.
7. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
8. Ability to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
