As VP of Engineering, you will own and scale Delphi's engineering organization as we move into our next phase of exponential growth. You'll set the technical vision, build high-performance teams, and partner closely with product, design, and leadership to support the next phase of Delphi.

This is a role for someone who wants to help shape the future of human connection, scale wisdom for billions, and build something that will outlast us all. What You'll Do

  • Define and execute on the technical vision and architecture for systems serving millions of digital minds.
  • Build and lead the engineering organization to a standard of excellence - establish technical precision practices and foster ownership-driven culture where engineers proactively solve problems.
  • Drive engineering execution - consistently ship high-quality systems quickly, balancing speed and durability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to align strategy and deliver ambitious roadmaps.
  • Raise the bar : mentor leaders, establish a world class engineering culture, and ensure Delphi remains a magnet for top talent.

    • What You Bring

  • 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years leading teams of 10+ engineers in a hyper-growth, high-expectation environment.
  • A proven track record of building teams and shipping large-scale, high-impact systems.
  • Executive communication skills : can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • First-principles thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and inventing new playbooks.
  • Ability to build an ownership-driven engineering culture where teams consistently exceed expectations, beat deadlines, and take complete responsibility for their domains.
