A company is looking for a Level I Help Desk Specialist for a contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service related to help desk and equipment repair
Research, isolate, and resolve less complex user problems; refer complex issues as necessary
Create trouble tickets, document procedures, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk support and familiarity with help desk ticketing software
Experience with Windows OS, MS 365, Office 365, Email, and Active Directory support
Must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
