In This Role, You Will

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, recommend diagnostic tests, and develop tailored care plans
• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, or episodic health issues in partnership with physicians or independently (as authorized)
• Educate patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
• Prescribe medications and treatments according to your area of practice
• Engage in patient follow-up and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with diverse interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
• Maintain meticulous documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Education and Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

What You Need to Enroll

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a related specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
