Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing operations and support collections efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage subscription billing operations and ensure customer account accuracy

Oversee the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including contract reviews and invoice generation

Respond to billing-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or related accounting experience

Familiarity with accounting system NetSuite

Experience with Salesforce to support billing accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and managing large datasets

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
