Production & Inventory Coordinator

Position Summary

PrideStaff is hiring a Production & Inventory Coordinator for a growing aviation company in Bend, OR. This role is responsible for the flow of materials through the production cycle.

Primary Responsibilities

• ERP Management: Utilize the ECI M1 ERP system to track inventory, and manage production data.

• Material Handling: Accurately pull parts for the assembly team and organize batches of completed products for final inspection and shipping.

• Shipping Support: Assist with final packaging and shipping preparations as needed to ensure timely delivery to aviation customers.

Qualifications

• ERP Proficiency: Previous experience working within an ERP system; specific experience with ECI M1 is a significant plus.

• Inventory Control: Experience in inventory management within an assembly or manufacturing environment.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy required for managing documentation.

• Shipping: Previous experience with shipping and logistics (UPS/FedEx/Freight) is considered a strong bonus.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift parts/batches as required by the production floor.
