Urgent Care Physician Opportunity in Sumter, SC$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for External CandidatesPosition Highlights : Employed roleUrgent care setting with flexible, rotating schedule13 shifts / month required : opportunity to pick up additional shiftsWork across two locations : Sumter and Manning, SCSchedule : M-F 7 : 30am-6pm; Sat / Sun 7 : 30am-5pmFocus on non-emergent conditions and minor proceduresKey Responsibilities : Evaluate and treat patients for a wide range of urgent medical needsPerform and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, EKGs, labs)Develop care plans, prescribe medications, and ensure follow-upSupervise advanced practice providers as neededMaintain accurate EMR documentationParticipate in quality improvement and adhere to clinical protocolsTravel between clinical sites as neededCompensation & Benefits : Salary range : $222,500 - $376,500 annually (based on experience / location)Additional stipend available for extra shiftsComprehensive benefits package including : - Health, dental, vision - 401(k) with company contribution - Paid time off and CME - Incentive and recognition programs - Equity stock purchase optionsCandidate Requirements : MD / DO from accredited programBoard Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (preferred)Unrestricted SC medical license (or ability to obtain)Active DEA licenseACLS / BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office toolsPreferred : Prior urgent care experienceFamiliarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocolsEMR system experienceJoin a team that puts clinical excellence and patient care at the center of everything we do.
