As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Todd Main - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
