Rates & Details :

  • Top drivers average $250,000 - $300,000+ per year
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus for Solo Owner Operators
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for Team Owner Operators
  • 100% fuel surcharge - 72% of line haul
  • Up to 50% advance of revenue per load
  • Drop & hook - No loading or unloading
  • All loaded tolls paid per PC Miler Route

Bonus Program :

  • Annual base plate will be paid for by the company after the contractor achieves 80,000 loaded & accident / claim free miles
  • Truck will receive 1% of truck revenue paid out in monthly increments over a 1 year period after a contractor achieves 90,000 loaded & accident / claim free miles
  • Occupational / insurance will be reimbursed after the contractor achieves 96,000 loaded & accident / claim free miles
  • This equates to an average benefit of $1,800 per year
  • Initial base plate and permits are furnished upon sign on
  • Safety bonus
  • Referral bonus
  • Miles are based on a calendar year - January through December

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 12 months of tractor trailer experience with 6 months of OTR / Regional experience in the last 3 years
  • No more than a combination of 3 moving violations and / or accidents in the last 3 years
  • No DUIs or DWIs in the last five years
