What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate on formulation development activities for pipeline products
• Conduct experimental evaluations of active ingredients, excipients, and packaging components
• Prepare documentation for pilot production runs, including scale-up procedures
• Assist in setup and operation of pilot-scale equipment and instrumentation
• Generate detailed development reports and analyze experimental data
• Participate in investigations of product failures and troubleshooting efforts
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and regulatory standards
  
  

About You

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Science
• Experience in analytical development within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with formulation development workflows and scale-up processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and validation processes
