Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/Flat Rate Hourly (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Paint Technicians in performing automotive paint repairs in accordance with Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance standards.
• Prepare workstations with required materials and parts for Paint Technicians.
• Prep, mask, and tape vehicles for paint repairs.
• Wash vehicles before and after paint application.
• Color-sand, polish, and buff vehicles prior to pre-delivery.
• Use paint supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including daily stall cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Automotive body shop experience is a plus.
• Team player with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
