The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization's initiatives in these areas, with a focus on fostering efficiency, automation, and sustainable growth. This role requires a leader who can work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring reliable and accessible data for advanced analytics. The Head of AI Architecture will also be instrumental in partnering with executive leadership to provide clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and will lead optimization initiatives with a long-term value creation perspective. Applicants for the Head of AI Architecture position at the company should have a proven track record in leading large-scale data science transformation projects, particularly in retail, supply chain, logistics, or similar industries. The role demands a leader with a background in team building and a strong ability to collaborate with senior executives. Technical expertise in architecting machine learning, LLM, and deep learning platforms is preferred, as is an understanding of MLOps practices for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in uncovering key data opportunities for analytics within operational systems and be skilled in developing and implementing data strategies that align with organizational priorities. A Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline is also preferred, along with a demonstrated inclusive and supportive leadership style.
