Key Job Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive material transactions for electrical equipment, including purchase requisitions, order creation, receiving, and invoice reconciliation. Partner with material managers to validate demand signals and align with supply strategies. Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines. Maintain precise procurement system records to ensure data integrity and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ordering and invoicing processes.
