A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate - Central.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members with pharmacy claims processing and plan benefits
Receive and respond to inquiries from members, clients, pharmacies, and physician offices
Provide administrative support to Member Care Leadership and other teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma; a 2-year college degree in a related field is preferred
Pharmacy technician or equivalent experience preferred
Two years of applicable experience preferred
Knowledge of claims processing is helpful
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
