Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a product roadmap for patient support program capabilities

Partner with teams to understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant product features

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, data analytics, or related field

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology

Experience in life sciences, healthcare delivery, or patient support programs

Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR)

Demonstrated success working in Agile / Scrum environments
