Mobile Clinical Research Nurse

The Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nurse working on a per diem basis, with expertise across multiple therapeutic areas. This role requires the ability to work independently while integrating seamlessly with our Nursing Solutions Group. If you have a keen interest in our decentralized model of care delivery and enjoy making a difference in patient lives through home visits, this role is for you. You will ensure the professional delivery of patient care while adhering to federal and state regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Please note: This is a travel role that requires on-site visits to participants' homes.

• Provide research nurse services to qualified study participants at home
• Apply nursing and clinical research practices to solve complex problems
• Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses for support and education
• Contribute to the development of nursing service delivery within Science 37
• Build relationships with study team members and serve as a subject matter expert in nursing processes
• Perform other duties as assigned based on the evolving needs of Science 37

This position requires:

• BSN degree preferred
• Full COVID vaccination strongly preferred, following CDC guidelines
• Active RN licensure in your home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical/research experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Active Driver's License
• Weekday/night availability
• Ability to travel to participant homes and access a reliable vehicle
• Physical ability to lift equipment up to 15 kg
• Effective use of technology for participant assessments and documentation
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Enjoy minimal supervision while reporting to the Manager, Nursing Solutions Group.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $50-55 per hour, dependent on location and qualifications. Additional bonuses and commissions may be available.
