Evaluation Manager

A company is looking for an Evaluation Manager to lead their evaluation efforts and measure organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the evaluation expert, establishing best practices to maximize program impact

Define, oversee, and implement the organization's evaluation strategy from planning to reporting

Collect, manage, and analyze evaluation data to report on program performance and outcomes

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in a related field

Minimum five years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and learning

Demonstrated experience leading evaluation end-to-end in nonprofit or social impact settings

Expert knowledge of evaluation design, outcome measurement, and impact reporting

Advanced statistics and proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis
