The Senior Tax Analyst will support the corporate tax department primarily in the following areas: tax planning and special projects, federal/state/international audit defense work, and federal and state tax compliance projects.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Masters in Tax preferred
CPA or CPA candidate
Three to five years previous tax experience, preferably two+ years in public accounting or large corporate tax department.
Strong proficiency in Excel
Experience with accounting and tax software systems (Hyperion, SAP and Corptax) a plus
Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team; flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize assignments, and meet critical and established deadlines.
Demonstrates analytical skills with attention to detail.
Learns quickly/implements new procedures, software tools, etc.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and adjust priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $81,600-$107,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
