Job Description

Collegiate Hotel Group® is seeking a Server to join Graduate Tucson and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take accurate food orders fromguests
• Monitorfooddistribution,ensuringthatmealsaredeliveredtothe correctrecipientsandthatfood is properly prepared and nicelypresented
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up andcleanliness
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicatedguests
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and serviceprocedure
• Total checks, present to guests and acceptpayment
• Other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Able to work flexible hours andshifts
• Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
