The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the security services for the client site. A successful candidate will provide oversite, coaching, training, and mentoring to other Security Personnel. They are a direct partner with the client including evaluation of quality of service. They will meet regularly with the client to recommend and implement improvements. This person will collaborate with Human Resources to recruit, select, orient, train and develop high caliber staff.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Work directly with the line management and / or client representatives in the management and support of security officers on site.
• Responsible for ensuring protection and preservation of the client's assets and personnel in a manner consistent with client and company policies.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
