What would this role do?

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will assist families seeking support with autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing care in-home, at a support center or in the community. Your goal will be to provide assistance and compassionate care to individuals whose behaviors can range from mild to severe.

What we offer (We like to get right to it!)

• Competitive compensation (we value transparency) $19.00-$20.50 / hourly
• An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $1.50 per hour can be applied for applicable case support
• Monday-Friday : Flexible hours between 10 : 00AM- 10 : 00PM
• Saturday-Sunday Flexible hours between 9 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
• Cities Targeting : Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme and Simi Valley
• $300.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 150 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
• $600.00 Hiring Bonus for part-time employees offered when 300 clinical hours are worked within 6-months
