Chattel Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Single Point of Contact for loan files, coordinating with borrowers and external parties to expedite the closing process

Maintain relationships with manufactured home retailers, communities, and borrowers by providing high-quality service throughout the loan process

Issue accurate conditions for portfolio loans and underwrite credit and income conditions based on borrower characteristics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years of processing experience

2+ years of experience working in Encompass

Working knowledge of general lending guidelines and compliance laws

Preferred experience in manufactured home loans and closing construction loans

Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
