Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with current clients, proactively reaching out to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will use company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best option and securing sales. Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact, you will offer clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. You will also utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties.

Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions requiring excavation or line replacement.

Present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.

Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess necessary restoration steps such as demolition or drying.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of customer interfacing sales experience.

Ability to articulate sales information effectively.

High level of awareness and ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

Eagerness, upbeat attitude, and self-motivation.

Sales discipline, resilience, and ability to learn on the fly.

Results-oriented with a drive and competitive fire.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in water restoration and excavation is advantageous.

Certifications in water restoration are beneficial.

No specific educational requirements.

Work Environment

The role involves working across San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties, with a focus on areas such as Monrovia and Duarte. Candidates should be open to working nights and weekends, as these are the busiest times. Regular team meetings are held, sometimes requiring in-person attendance at least once a month. Training is hands-on, with a duration of 3-4 weeks, and involves modules specific to water restoration. Company vehicles are provided for excavation roles, while personal vehicles are used for water restoration, reimbursed at $0.725 per mile. An HIS License through the state of CA is required, with the company covering the fee and application process. Certifications in water restoration are expected within the first 6 months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
