Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues ? Assist the Controller with monthly close and preparation of financial statements ? Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy ? Monitor spending against budget ? Support tax filings and audits ? Perform cost accounting and other accounting duties as needed ? About the job :
The Accountant manages full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable while supporting monthly close, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.
We're looking for someone who :
- ? Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ? Has 2-3 years of accounting experience focused on AP / AR
- ? Understands accounting principles and demonstrates strong analytical skills
- ? Works well independently and collaboratively
- ? Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- ? Communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats
- ? Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- ? (Preferred) Has ERP system experience
