About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with IMCS Group Inc to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Zion, Illinois, 62549!

IR Nurse for oncology interventional suite; IR RNs are utilized to in each procedural room, administer moderate sedation, as well as prep and recover patients in the IR Recovery space. Pyxis med system, EPIC documentation, Radiologist support. Scrubs provided. M-F, call required

3 years experience REQUIRED, 5 preferred.

Certifications REQUIRED: ACLS, BLS (AHA only, no HeartCode)

Skills/Experience REQUIRED: Interventional Radiology; Pre Post Procedure; Gastrostomy Tube Placement; Liver Ablation; Paracentesis; Nephrostomy; Renal Artery Stent Placement; Lung Biopsy; Pulmonary Angiography; Thoracentesis; Central Venous Access/Port Placement; Monitoring Procedural Sedation; Radiation and Laser Safety

Skills/Experience preferred: Chemoembolization; Percutanteous Hepatic Angiography; Pulmonary Embolization; Ventilator Monitoring
