We are looking for a full or part-time National Sales Sourcer to join our team here in Colorado. You will receive comprehensive training and the ability to work remotely from home. You will also have the ability get promoted into a full blown sales recruiting role based on performance.

National Talent Sourcer - Your role is to use LinkedIn and other resources to identify, source, pre-qualify and coordinate interviews for potential sales candidates for our open sales roles.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify & source potential sales candidates online
  • Set up calls for sales recruiters
  • Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Driving marketing and social media efforts
  • Track all daily activity and performance

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
  • Self motivation
  • Ability to be coached
  • Computer Savvy
  • LinkedIn experience a plus!

    • Compensation :

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
