We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented office administrator to help maintain an organized, and welcoming environment for our New York office. This role requires someone who can perform a variety of office support tasks, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and that our team has everything they need to be productive. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, such as the lounge and waiting area, ensuring they are always clean and welcoming for staff and visitors.
• Care for office plants by watering them and removing dead leaves.
• Organize and restock snacks and office supplies in the kitchen and common areas.
• Pick up and distribute packages from the central building package center. Act as the primary point of contact for deliveries, vendors and the WeWork local team as needed.
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and set up for the week, including arranging seating and furniture as needed.

• You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• You are an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills.
• You are self-motivated and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
• You are able to work on-site 2-3 times per week.
• Previous experience in an office administration or office support role is a plus.

Pay transparency:

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $25-$27 USD per hour. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc.
