Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing Data Science and Analytics Engineering team
Drive data-led product improvements across growth, engagement, and monetization
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy
Required Qualifications
Experience leading a data team of approximately 10-20 people in a hands-on capacity
Proven track record of driving product or business impact through data
Ability to think in terms of product outcomes rather than just analysis
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure as needed
Insight on how AI will change data work
