Key Responsibilities

Train and develop cultivation teams to enhance operational knowledge and compliance

Leverage CEA technologies to optimize crop health and operational performance

Standardize and implement best practices across multi-state cultivation facilities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in controlled-environment cannabis cultivation

Proven success in developing and implementing SOPs and scalable workflows

Skilled in diagnosing plant health issues and analyzing operational data

Experienced in compliance and regulatory requirements across multi-state operations
