Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Proofread documents and transcribe meeting minutes accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft office is a must
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
