This includes working a cashier or cook position while supervising staff. Exceptional customer service is a major. / ppEssential Duties Responsibilities : / pulliPerforms all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member. / liliEnsures that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a Guest-friendly environment. That includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of Guest Service. / liliTrains newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities. / liliPractices inventory control standards. / liliStore policies are being followed by all staff members. / liliEnsures appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained. / liliOpens and / or closes the Restaurant and meets required work hours. / liliManages and motivates the crew members. / liliEnsures breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly. / liliAssembles and packages orders according to the Wingstop standard. / liliAssists all other positions when necessary. / liliAssists in keeping the kitchen dining room clean throughout the shift. / liliEnsures that all crew members are always health safety conscious. / liliResolves customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude. / liliEnsures the store is clean at closing.
