Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Job Description: The Senior Salesforce Developer/Expert will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions that align with the organization s digital strategy. This role bridges strategic business needs with robust and secure solution architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver sustainable enterprise solutions. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with cross-functional leadership and a passion for continuous innovation. Requirement/Must Have: Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategies and execution. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders to transform business scope into accurate and cost-effective technical architecture. Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integration solutions, connecting Salesforce with external systems. Ensure solutions align with data security, performance standards, and compliance requirements. Design appropriate backup and restore strategies. Identify and mitigate technical risks across architecture. Recommend best practices for when to use standard Salesforce functionality versus customizations. Create high-quality technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams. Lead code reviews, design sessions/workshops, and release planning sessions. Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria definition. Assist in Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline process using appropriate release management tools. Experience: Proven experience leading Salesforce development and integration projects. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, API integrations, and best practices for secure, scalable enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, data modeling, and solution design. Experience with Agile development methodology and CI/CD processes. Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills. Knowledge of Salesforce security standards, data management, and system performance optimization.
