GrowthAssistant is looking for a Marketing Project Management Assistant for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will coordinate end-to-end execution of automotive trade shows across the US and Canada, including vendor management, sponsorship submissions, travel arrangements, and pre-event marketing initiatives. Collaborated with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to generate leads, schedule meetings, track event KPIs, and maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM. The Role

Hands-on day-to-day operations for reporting, project management, stakeholder management, data entry

Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and stakeholder management

Weekly metric reporting and data quality assurance on data and reporting before presenting and sharing to stakeholders ensuring accurate numbers and presentable slides

Provide ad hoc support

The Requirements :

Experience working in excel

Comfortable working with large data sets

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to navigate some ambiguity as projects develop

Proactive mindset

Stakeholder management

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in PST timezone

Nice-to-have : Data manipulation
